
About Austin Sandy
From banner ads to broadcast brands, Austin Sandy turns digital plans into audience wins. He’s the Corporate Digital Marketing Manager for Gray Media, where he leads digital strategy for national platforms like InvestigateTV and Local News Live, while supporting 113 local markets through Gray's in-house marketing agency, Gray Creative Group. With a background in digital design, Austin brings a creative edge to data-driven marketing, blending visual storytelling with performance-focused strategy.
In addition to his corporate role, Austin serves as Governor of the American Advertising Federation’s 10th District, representing advertising professionals across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. He’s a two-time Emmy nominee, a Telly Award winner, and the 2025 recipient of the AAF Silver Medal for his volunteer leadership within the industry. A frequent judge and emcee for American Advertising Award galas around the country, Austin is also an ADDY winner himself.
He began his career in graphic design and rose through local television marketing roles before stepping into national leadership. His branding insights are featured in the 4th edition of McGraw-Hill’s 'Principles of Marketing' textbook, and he was recognized in 2020 as one of Arkansas State University’s Emerging Young Alumni.
Austin is a member of the Lone Star Emmy Chapter and AAF East Texas. He has served on the ABC Marketing Advisory Board as well as nonprofit boards across the South.
